Manager Hospital Support (Budget Manager)

Position Summary This position acts as primary point of contact and owner for financial support to hospital operations. He/She is responsible for the process, development and monitoring of the long range financial plan (LRFP), capital and operational budgets and hospital business development, as well as working with operations managers and directors to assist them in understanding financial information and reports pertaining to the operation of the hospital.

Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Education, Certification, Registration, LicenseBachelor’s Degree Field of Study: Business AdminField of Study: AccountingField of Study: FinanceYears of Experience: 5 to 10 SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. strong financial analysis including GAAP accounting, healthcare payment reimbursement methods and broad based financial management background. strong PC, analytical, organizational, presentation and communication skills. Ability to define hospital needs and process shortfalls, define and develop plans, build a team and successfully execute. 5 to 10 yrs. financial management experience of which 3 yrs. should be in a healthcare setting. Additional Job Information • Scheduled Hours Per Week 40 Shift day
